Privacy Policy for VerifyME Discord Bot.

This document incorporates the privacy policy of the discord bot VerifyME#3730 (971697945449738280) that contains the what specific information is collected, and whether it is kept confidential, shared with partners, or sold to other softwares/users.

Terminology

guild Refers to a discord guild or discord server. channel Refers to a discord server text/voice channel. role Refers to a discord server role that can be manually assigned to members

Data Collected

The bot will not store any data automatically when being invited to a new Discord Server.

When using a command the following data will be stored:

  • guild as the Server ID as value.

  • channel as Channel ID as value.

  • role as Role ID as value.

  • logs as Logs Channel ID as value.

  • time as Time limit for completing the captcha as value.

No other information outside of the above mentioned one will be stored.

Data Storage

All data is stored on MongoDB database. Please remember that no data can ever be completely secure, even with these procedures. Although every effort is made to keep your data safe and secure, its total security cannot be ensured.

Requesting Data Deletion

If you wish to have your data deleted, please follow these steps:

  1. Send me a DM(mannerce) asking for data deletion and I will delete your data immediately.

  2. Create a ticket on VerifyME's discord support server and we will delete your data as per your request.

Feedback

Any feedback given would be highly appreciated. However, fake reviews aimed to affect the bot's rating will not be tolerated.

Agreement

You agree to the terms of this document by adding VerifyME's Discord Bot on your server. Additionally, as the server administrator, you consent to sharing this information with your members as well as the Developer Terms of Service. The server administrator may remove the bot from the server if they don't agree with this agreement. You may leave the server that hosts the bot if you, as a server member, disagree with this statement(s). You can revoke authorization for the application(s) in your "Authorized Apps" menu if you, the service user, do not agree to this agreement.
